About us
Yael Coifman and Michael Collins are LDP’s Principals and are the core team for each assignment. Michael and Yael are based in London but work globally and have completed recent assignments in the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. They specialise in providing strategic advice to private and public sector clients with an interest in leisure orientated real estate. They are focused on providing advice based upon objective, benchmarking driven analysis and a sharp eye for emerging trends.
Yael and Michael have worked for most major visitor attraction operating groups, many governments and other public sector groups and developers and operators of mixed use and resort developments, sports and entertainment venues. Unlike larger practices, the boutique nature of the company ensures Principal level involvement at every stage. The LDP Principals always strive to understand the clients’ needs and tailor services to match. In our view every project is unique and deserving of individual care and attention.
Michael and Yael’s focus comes from their passion for the leisure industry. Their depth of knowledge, experience and strategic thinking can not be matched by generalist consultants. LDP was formed to combine the individual consulting practices of its Principals, who have a long history of working together since their years together at ERA until the present.
