Responding to this new trend in sports-orientated attractions, LDP has kept up to date on new concepts and their performance with completed projects in many markets. We have worked on both extreme sports attractions and on attractions based around traditional sports.

Selected Projects
Surf Snowdonia
LDP advised Surf Snowdonia, an inland surf lagoon, on the addition of accommodation and additional indoor adventure activities.
Neutopia Mall, Valencia (DuProcom)
LDP advised DuProcom, a Spanish developer, in the feasibility, development and operator solicitation for an indoor ski hill in Valencia, Spain which formed part of plans for a destination shopping centre.
Real Madrid Attraction
Financial feasibility for a Real Madrid branded indoor park under development in Henqin, China. Working closely with the developer, football club and design team, LDP analysed financial feasibility and tested capacity requirements.
Clustered attractions, Seville, Spain (Confidential developer)
Entertainment centre, snow dome and water park feasibility studies, adding entertainment to a number of planned mall projects including economic concept development, staffing plans, project management and successful operator/investor solicitation.
Outdoor Adventure Park, EarthQuest Resort, Houston, Texas
As part of the broader economic master plan for the destination resort, LDP reviewed the potential for an outdoor adventure park which included a range of activities from a rope course to adventure watersports. A full market assessment and financial analysis was completed.
Nene Park Climbing & Activity Centre
LDP tested the programme and developed the business case for a new climbing and adventure centre in the UK.
Confidential Project UAE
LDP tested and adapted the programme and prepared financial feasibility for a major multisport adventure and extreme sports centre planned for construction in the UAE with diverse sports ranging from surf, white-water, climbing, motorsports, skatepark, biking, skydiving etc.
Snowplay Oman
Feasibility for an innovative snowplay entertainment centre in Oman, working closely with the creative team to match design to market potential.
Indoor Sports Park
LDP has worked on programme testing, site selection and feasibility for a new sports indoor park concept which our client is currently working on rolling out.
