Swedish Parks Association

LDP were commissioned by the Swedish Parks Association to complete an economic impact assessment (EIA) for their member parks. LDP analysed the impact of the park’s operations on the local economy in terms of monetary impacts and jobs. LDP also measured the impact each of the eight parks had on tourism in terms of bednights and spend.

Roll out strategy, site selection, business planning for fundraising and individual assessments for specific locations for confidential group developing global attractions.

Bahrain Economic Development Board

LDP undertook an assignment on behalf of the Economic Development Board (EDB) in Bahrain. We were tasked to provide a market study and gap analysis to identify a range of attraction opportunities across the market and then complete a high-level feasibility for each use identified.

Park 21, Amsterdam Region

Working for the local municipality, LDP was retained to do the full market analysis and feasibility for leisure and entertainment development considered to reduce strain on Amsterdam’s tourism infrastructure and drive regional economic impact.

Ontario Entertainment Strategy

LDP recently undertook a study for the Ontario Ministry of Tourism to complete a province-wide review of existing attractions, identifying key gaps in the attractions market, and completing detailed feasibility of at least five new attractions across the province.
