LDP has completed many assignments for both KidZania and their franchise partners in locations around the world including feasibility for new locations, review of cannibalisation and roll out potential for additional units, retail strategy review, pricing analysis etc. Work has been completed in Europe, Asia, South Africa, Russia, Central America and across the United States.
